Nick did a great job replacing the main drain pipes in our kitchen and bath. Ours is an older home with rusty iron & lead pipes. Nick explained clearly the work needed to replace with ABS piping, timing and options for some of the more difficult pieces. Everything went smoothly and on budget....no surprises. He definitely knows his trade craft well and is very professional. Will definitely be going with Nick and Kelly Plumbing in the future. One of the best contractor experiences in recent memory.

Kelly Plumbing and Heating provided us with highly skilled professional plumbing service. Our experience could not have been better -- from start to finish. Phil, Autumn and Nick were responsive, informative and genuinely courteous. We had a leaking shower drain in an upstairs bath that could easily have caused major damage to our home since it is located directly above our kitchen. The plumber, Nick, accessed the drain through a small hole cut into the kitchen ceiling to remove a 30+ year old PVC drain throat assembly and replace it with a brass throat. He was efficient but careful during removal and installation. It was evident that he took pride in quality workmanship and is highly skilled. Nick thoroughly tested the repair, left the work areas spotless and could not have been more pleasant and informative throughout.

In preparation for a new drain tile system I needed to hire a plumber to raise a water access valve in a 100 year old home. Nick was great. He was on time, told me what he’d be doing, told me about possible problems which could arise (but didn’t thankfully) and swept the area afterward. I most likely have found my go-to plumber.

Everything in my1920s home seemed to fall apart at once this past year, including plumbing issues throughout the house. I’m so glad that someone recommended I contact Kelly Plumbing. It’s so wonderful to find a kind, friendly, professional plumber (Steve!) I can trust to do excellent work at very reasonable prices. Steve has done 4 jobs for me in the past year (sometimes with a partner) and I was very happy with all their work. Jobs included clearing out years of sediment from old pipes so that I’d have hot water again, dealing with boiler / radiator issues, and just yesterday installed a new lawn spigot to replace one that burst during the winter thaw. I am extremely pleased with help I got from Kelly on 1/22/25. I had a clogged drain and needed a new disposal during an arctic blast. I had never done business with the before. They got the work done in two days. They were on time. They communicated well. And I thought their bill was reasonable. I would highly recommend Kelly.
